  • [13:34] – “Raw” versus “mature” Strengths

Your Strength themes are just talents. It helps you to see where your natural tendencies are. But just as with physical strength, you have to keep working at your talents to make them Strengths. We can continue to mature each one of our Strengths when we work on them on a daily basis.

  • [15:04] – Overuse patterns of Restorative
  • [17:16] – Tips for managing Restorative

Make sure you have a clear definition of success before you dive in.

  • [18:08] – Positivity and pessimism for Restorative
  • [19:12] – Who Camille leans on for different Strengths

Spend some time with literature to understand your theme as much as possible. And then seek roles where you’re paid to solve problems. Look for the challenges that other people are avoiding, because there’s a chance that you will actually enjoy it. And, every now and then, pick an easy challenge to give yourself a “quick win.” Taking the big and heavy problems all the time will wear you down.
