Welcome to THIS, our first “success story” episode! Join me as I interview Jon Vroman, a gentleman I can confidently say is showing success in many areas of his life—financial, family, business, relationships and more.

About Jon Vroman

Jon Vroman is an author, speaker, and an all-around incredible human being. He grew up in a military family and moved around a bunch, where he honed the skill of adapting and making friends. He was super short in high school, which made him feel insignificant. That pain is what has led me to where I am today—helping someone feel significant—that their life and all their moments matters.

Jon helps people live their lives in the front row!

Jon’s Top 5 StrengthsFinder Strengths

  1. Learner
  2. Positivity
  3. Woo
  4. Input
  5. Activator

Key Takeaways

  • Just show up. Showing up for others—doing the best you can with what you have—is where you’ll truly find success.
  • Ask yourself what you really like to do. Look at your strengths and how you deploy them. This will lead you down the path that is right for you.
  • When you know your fears and your loves, you know what is pushing you and pulling you.
  • Sometimes figuring out what ISN’T working will point you toward your superpowers.
  • You must be open to hearing input from others. And sometimes you must really ask for it.
  • It’s okay to provide yourself space to be still. Consciously choosing not to do something is doing something!
  • Identify and even celebrate your failures. It is from your failures that you pull your most valuable lessons.
