Reply Cari Twitchell on July 21, 2017 at 12:09 pm I’m rolling with the punches myself today. TGIF and TGIT (technology)! Reply Cari Twitchell on July 21, 2017 at 12:12 pm I get Strategic! I pinpoint what needs to happen to move forward. Then I get Connected — who can I lean on to help me? And then my Achiever steps up and I take action. Reply Cari Twitchell on July 21, 2017 at 12:13 pm YAY, Valleyfair! Have a great time! Reply Joanne Lendway Slavik on July 21, 2017 at 12:28 pm Girls r getting big! Reply Anonymous on July 21, 2017 at 3:32 pm Oof, working on rolling with the punches every day! I try to look at each punch as a “challenging opportunity” – the achiever loves challenges & the learner craves opportunities – worst cases get game-ified with epic soundtracks to power through with the promise of a well-deserved drink afterward (usually an iced matcha latte). Now, when I take an unexpected hit, I get excited instead of anxious! Warning: this can throw coworkers for a loop. Reply Anonymous on July 21, 2017 at 6:18 pm That’s awesome!! I forget, what’s your other 4 strength themes? Reply Anonymous on July 21, 2017 at 6:24 pm Most accurate results I’ve ever gotten! (even better – and more helpful – than my DISC) Reply Anonymous on July 21, 2017 at 6:38 pm Ah! That’s what I was hearing : Achiever + Maximizer + Learner. #frickinawesome Reply Anonymous on July 21, 2017 at 9:17 pm Yes, they are Joanne!! So grown up too! How are your granddaughters?
